Job Description
As Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Brand Management, working closely with graphics and the Medical Sales Team. You will facilitate the process of creating and changing marketing collateral pieces. This role works strategically with the sales to launch creative outreach campaigns to healthcare systems, while supporting marketing administration functions such as trade shows, list management for direct mail, collateral, social media, and other methods of customer communication.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop new marketing materials and refresh existing content for blogs, website, direct mailers, and collateral pieces.

Assist in creating blog content specific to clinical aromatherapy product line.

Oversee incoming consumer testimonials and coordinate the creation with graphics team for integration into the Elequil.com website.

Create and manage all tradeshow marketing elements including pre-show ads, direct mailers, promotional displays, collateral & product samples, PowerPoints, and email marketing campaigns.

Input and organize incoming leads from website and tradeshows to analyze trends.

Support sales by creating and executing targeted lead-generation mailing campaigns.

Participate in Contract Strategy, Sales Team, and Marketing meetings.

Handle and process incoming invoices from outside vendors.

Track new customers and identify and analyze trends for strategic insights.

Marketing Admin functions as related to the role.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years marketing experience (or equivilent).

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Social media experience a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.

Willingness to travel for events or tradeshows (estimated four times per year).

Must be comfortable speaking in front of others.

Professional in demeanor and appearance.

Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

Experienced working in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, a CRM a plus.
