Account Manager – Hybrid Work Model - Some Travel Required

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the achievement of your annual sales goal, as well as any additional assigned objectives relating to maintaining and growing revenues in your territory(ies). You will create and develop lasting relationships that result in loyal Beekley customers by communicating effectively and taking a consultative, customer focused approach in all interactions.

Performance Objectives

  • Professionally represent Beekley Corporation, serving as the face of Beekley Medical

  • Create and develop lasting relationships that result in loyal Beekley customers by communicating effectively, using a phone-first, consultative, customer-focused approach in all interactions

  • Drive revenue growth through efficient and strategic pre-call planning, resulting in outbound calls and communication to new and existing customers, cultivating relationships with decision makers to close sales

  • Match our product capabilities to customer needs, utilizing marketing support and resources to communicate our points of difference and dollarize value to demonstrate a ROI

  • Process quotes and follow-up to confidently close opportunities by asking for the order

  • Effective at being an individual and team contributor

  • Partner with National Account Manager’s to support ongoing contract management and negotiations

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience. Medical sales preferred but not required.

  • Must be willing to professionally represent/travel to trade shows and possible customer site visits (3 - 4 times/year, some weekends possible)

  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills

  • Experienced working in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, and CRM a plus

Base + quarterly bonuses
