Digital Designer & Social Media Content Creator

Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

As Digital Designer & Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for cultivating our online presence through digital storytelling, crafting dynamic narratives via posts, images, videos, and interactive media, captivating audiences across various digital and social platforms. You will play a pivotal role in representing our brand identity and online persona, strategically designing content that resonates with followers and fosters engagement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and distributed high-quality, original content, including videos, graphics, social media posts, and digital ads

  • Develop and maintain an employee advocacy program to increase exposure and engagement with our digital content

  • Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner  

  • Develop and manage online communities for customer segments as needed

  • Assist as necessary with email template, website, direct mail, and presentation design

  • Monitor social media and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and analyze and report on performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness and optimize future posts 

  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and sales departments to align content with broader campaigns 

  • Adapt content to suit different digital and social media channels and their respective audiences, recommend and build new channels based on your insights

  • Network with influencers and other content creators to expand reach

  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices and then acting on that information

  • Ensure online content complies with the company’s image and standards

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital design/social media content creation/management (marketing degree preferred) 

  • Experience with Adobe Design Suite/Canva

  • Ability to travel at least 6 times per year

  • Experience using social media publishing and monitoring tools – (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)  

  • Proven hands-on experience designing and creating content for all social channels

  • Proven hands-on experience with video creation for social media and digital communications

  • Must be willing to work in office as needed (hybrid role)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail

  • Professional in demeanor and appearance
