As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of Beekley; responsible for managing phone calls, customer email inquiries, orders, customer payments, and issue resolution in a calm, professional and engaging manner. You will create and develop lasting relationships that result in loyal Beekley customers by communicating effectively and taking customer focused approach in all interactions.
Performance Objectives

Professionally represent Beekley Corporation, serving as the voice of Beekley Medical

Create and develop lasting relationships with domestic and international customers that results in customer loyalty by communicating effectively, using a phone-first, consultative, customer-focused approach in all interactions

Answer phone lines and respond to customers with a smile in your voice and a positive attitude

Attention to detail with order entry and order accuracy that follows our Quality Management System

Provide high end customer service for the internal and external customer by responding to customer requests in a timely manner and utilizing the ability to think on your feet to become a proficient problem solver

Effective at being an individual and team contributor, continually looking to improve in all areas of Customer Care

Partner with team members and work together synergistically. Communicate clearly, and professionally in all aspects of the role (verbal and written)

Maintain proficiency with all applicable systems
Required Experience
-
3 - 5 years of customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication sills

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Strong relationship building skills

Adaptable to change

Basic knowledge of CRM and Acumatica systems a plus
Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, hybrid 2 days from home office (post-90 days of successful training), business professional environment.
