Clinical Product Specialist, Medical Device (Inside Sales, Hybrid)

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Product Specialist, you’ll be the face of Beekley Medical—building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering value to healthcare customers.

Your Impact will include:

  • Managing your territory and owning the customer relationship —presenting Beekley’s value with professionalism across calls, emails, trade shows, and site visits
  • Driving sales growth through strategic outreach, pre-call planning, and ongoing engagement with new and existing accounts
  • Understanding customer needs and aligning our products to deliver measurable ROI
  • Managing the sales process end-to-end—from quoting to confidently asking for and closing the order
  • Collaborating across teams while also thriving independently in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Medical or healthcare sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams; CRM experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% (trade shows and occasional customer visits, including some weekends)

Compensation

  • Base Salary - $70,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
  • Incentives - Quarterly bonuses + monthly incentives (up to $28K additional earning potential).
