Business Development Manager, Medical Device, Inside Sales (Hybrid)

Are you a salesperson who doesn’t hesitate to pick up the phone?

Do you thrive in the hunt, love uncovering new opportunities, and know how to turn conversations into revenue?

If yes, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Beekley is launching a new product - and we’re looking for driven, high-energy sales professionals ready to take ownership of a territory, build pipeline from scratch, and make an immediate impact.

This isn’t a passive account management role. This is for true sales hunters who enjoy prospecting, asking tough questions, overcoming objections, and closing business.

What You'll Do

You’ll own your territory and be accountable for driving new product revenue.

  • Prospect using a phone-first approach (this is a high-volume calling role).
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and untapped accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Sell consultatively by uncovering needs and positioning value-driven solutions.
  • Clearly communicate ROI and differentiate Beekley’s solutions.
  • Confidently handle objections and ask for the business.
  • Manage and advance your pipeline through consistent follow-up and CRM discipline
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development, and National Accounts to maximize territory growth.
  • Travel up to 10% (primarily field touchpoints, trade shows, and key customer visits), some weekends required.

What Sets You Apart

  • 3–5 years of high-volume phone sales experience.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close. You don’t wait for leads—you create them.
  • Strong pre-call planning and strategic thinking.
  • Comfortable driving conversations with senior decision-makers.
  • Skilled at uncovering needs through consultative questioning.
  • Resilient, competitive, and energized by rejection.
  • Able to balance activity volume with meaningful, high-quality interactions.

How You'll Succeed

  • Execute a consistent outreach cadence (calls, emails, presentations, follow-ups).
  • Use data and reports to identify “white space” and growth opportunities.
  • Own your sales process—from first touch to close to retention.
  • Deliver professional presentations (remote and in-person).
  • Advocate for your customers.
  • Continuously improve skills through coaching, call reviews, and sales training.
