Key Duties and Responsibilities

Professionally represent Beekley Corporation, serving as the face of Beekley Medical

Organize and manage trade shows, i.e., register for show events, book booth/travel/housing, coordinate furnishing (carpet/electricity, etc.), coordinate booth staff/attendance, and manage shipping/logistics

Maintain tradeshow calendar, update events on CoSchedule, Beekley Medical website and BeekNet intranet

Monitor and maintain modality kit inventories

Pre-show promotion in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Specialist and/or the design team

Post-Show management in collaboration with Manager of Sales Operations, tracking ROI

Budgeting/budget management

Implement feedback as necessary from attendee post-show reports
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 3 years, hands-on, tradeshow experience: organizing, coordinating, and planning trade show and conference events. International experience is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Must be willing to professionally represent/travel to trade shows (4-5 times/year for multiple days at a time, some weekends possible)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Internal account management and cold calling experience a plus

Demonstrates a professional rapport with customers and co-workers

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, CRM
