Human Resources Manager at Beekley Corporation; Bristol, CT

In HR, which we call Human Assets, we are a decentralized team of 3, who are collaborative, and engaged with our associates. This is a full-time position reporting to the Executive Vice President, with an exciting career path, with room to grow into senior leadership.

What we are seeking:

  • An experienced HR professional (minimum 3 years) that is people oriented, socially poised, and can lead the conversation in any situation. High emotional intelligence a must!

  • Someone who can provide essential leadership and effective management of employment practices and take the lead for benefits

  • An HR professional who enjoys a variety of activities and multiple projects, and is goal oriented, will be successful at Beekley

  • Excellent verbal and written communications are a requirement

  • High degree of computer literacy and fluency with Microsoft Office and Teams, ADP a plus, and handful of other platforms

  • Experience providing advice and counsel is given to managers that are consistent with company philosophy and current policies and procedures


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR experience

  • 3 years of HR Generalist experience with broad knowledge of employment, employee relations and benefits; 2 years Management experience (function and people)

  • Familiarity with applicable state and federal regulations

  • Well-developed administration skills including computer literacy

  • Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures and their application in the day to day working environment is critical to succeed in this position.
