Account Manager – Clinical Aromatherapy
Full time; Monday - Friday
Hybrid: Work-from-home 3 days, in office 2 days per week

Position Summary

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the achievement of your annual sales goal as well as any additional assigned objectives relating to maintaining and growing revenues in your territory(ies). You will create and develop lasting relationships that result in loyal Beekley customers by communicating effectively and taking a consultative, customer-focused approach in all interactions. Training, continuous improvement and sales skill development will help you to grow your career at Beekley Corporation. This is an inside sales position, with some travel for customer visits and trade shows.

Performance Objectives

  • Serve as the face of Beekley Medical and act as the primary contact for our medical customers interested in implementing / expanding clinical aromatherapy

  • Present to and educate Hospital Directors how to successfully implement system-wide aromatherapy initiative

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong communicator. You will reach out and own the full sales lifecycle for your hospital accounts. You will need to take ownership to create, manage, and close all sales activities.

  • Demonstrate exceptional sales skills, utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer challenges, and confidently deliver solutions to retain and grow existing business

  • Achieve sales goals

  • Establish and capitalize on new opportunities to gain market share

  • Execute effective implementation and retention calls that deliver value to the customer

  • Schedule, facilitate, and deliver presentations to decision makers both in person and remotely

  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve goals

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of outbound phone selling or face to face experience

  • 2 years Associate degree in Business

  • Excellent questioning and communication skills

  • Medical or medical sales experience a plus

  • CRM experience a plus

Base pay + weekly commissions + quarterly bonuses
